Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance regarding vehicle sales, service, insurance, and other dealership services.
- Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, enquiries, and customer feedback.
- Conduct customer follow-up after vehicle delivery and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and record customer feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil language.
