[Udaipur / HQ] | ₹8–15 LPA | Consumer Electronics | General Trade Distribution
icconX is a fast-scaling Made-in-India consumer electronics brand (earbuds, neckbands, speakers) currently expanding General Trade distribution across multiple states.
We're looking for a Sales Ops Lead to own the systems that make this scale work: beat planning, sell-out tracking, distributor onboarding, scheme management, and credit hygiene — without every decision routing through the founder's desk.
You'll Own
* Beat/PJP design & adherence tracking across zones
* Weekly sell-out (not just sell-in) dashboards
* Distributor/outlet onboarding & credit risk scoring
* Scheme fund utilization & claims processing
* New-zone activation playbooks as we expand
You're a Fit If You
* Have 4–7 years in Sales Ops / Trade Ops / MIS within FMCG or consumer durables GT distribution
* Are sharp on Excel/Power BI, comfortable with a DMS
* Have built systems before — not just run ones someone else built
* Want to own a function, not just fill a seat
Role Type
This is an individual-contributor, systems-ownership role — not people management. You'll work closely with ASMs on compliance; you won't manage them directly.
