Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims according to company policies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software as well as GST billing.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
