About the role
CRA is a team of around 20 people with a growing sales, CRM and support organisation. The HR Manager owns the people function end to end — hiring the right people, settling them in well, keeping the team engaged, and handling concerns before they become problems.
This is a hands-on role in a founder-led company. You will work directly with the Director – HR & People and the Managing Director, and you will have real authority over recruitment, policy and engagement — not just paperwork.

- Screen and scrutinise CVs, conduct first-round interviews and coordinate final rounds with department heads
- Manage offers, documentation, background checks and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for roles we hire repeatedly
Onboarding and policy
- Run policy induction for every new joinee — leave, attendance, conduct, data protection — and coordinate functional onboarding with the concerned department head
- Maintain employee records, appointment letters, HR files and the HR MIS
- Administer leave, attendance and payroll inputs; keep policies documented and current
Employee relations and conflict management
- Be the first point of contact for any people concern — listen, investigate fairly and resolve with discretion
- Handle grievances, interpersonal friction and disciplinary matters with maturity and confidentiality
- Conduct exit interviews and feed learnings back to leadership
Engagement and performance
- Run our weekly engagement calendar (team games, learning sessions) and the monthly recognition programme
- Support appraisal cycles, KRAs and performance conversations with department heads
- Organise training sessions, offsites and celebrations
