Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer calls, generating leads, and following up with potential clients to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Graduate or Intermediate qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
