Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MEP Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate should have extensive expertise in the planning, design coordination, execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, review, and coordinate all MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Utility services.
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handing over of MEP systems.
- Review BOQs, vendor quotations, and material specifications.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Manage MEP manpower, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control procedures and HSE requirements are followed at site.
- Participate in project planning meetings and coordinate procurement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP execution for residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Building Services.
- Experience in testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, IEC standards, and local statutory requirements.

- AutoCAD
- MS Project / Primavera P6
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
