Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Digital Platforms to manage and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving customer-facing websites, mobile applications, and AI chatbot/conversational platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital platform delivery, stakeholder management, program governance, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital platform programs, including websites, mobile applications, and AI chatbot solutions.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Manage digital platforms supporting customer transactions, services, bookings, and engagement.
- Work closely with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, quality, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Provide regular program updates, reporting, and issue escalation management.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong experience in program/project management with exposure to digital platforms.
- Experience managing customer-facing website and mobile application projects.
- Experience working with AI chatbot, conversational platforms, or digital customer engagement solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are preferred:
- Customer-facing websites and digital service platforms.
- Mobile applications supporting customer interactions and transactions.
- AI chatbot and conversational platforms.
- Digital platforms for booking, service delivery, and customer engagement.
