Role Overview
Transparent Overseas is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Merchandiser with excellent communication and strong sales skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with buyers, converting inquiries into business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle buyer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads and inquiries into sales opportunities through effective follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, offers, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and QC teams for order execution.
- Track orders from inquiry to dispatch and provide regular updates to buyers.
- Develop new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in core sales, merchandising, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Home décor, handicrafts, glass, or export industry exposure will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹11,193.72 - ₹37,069.84 per month
