Personal Assistant (PA) to Founder
Diary management · Workflow tracking · Call handling · Day-to-day coordination across all teams
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage your calendar — schedule meetings, block focus time, send reminders
- Handle and filter all inbound calls — take messages, screen non-urgent calls
- Prepare a daily briefing every morning — what's due, who to call, what to decide
- Chase pending items from accounts, ops, and BD teams on your behalf
- Maintain a task tracker — follow up until every item is closed
- Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up notes as instructed
- Coordinate travel, courier, vendor appointments and logistics
- Compile end-of-day summary — what was done, what's pending tomorrow
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi & English — client-facing phone manner
- Highly organised — nothing falls through the cracks on their watch
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Gmail, and basic Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Permanent
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
