Founded inGermany, we also have offices inIndia, UK, AUS and US* Key Responsibilities – Project Management · Manage multiple rebar detailing projects simultaneously · Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones · Prepare project execution plan and resource allocation · Monitor project progress and track productivity · Ensure on-time delivery with quality compliance · Handle scope changes and variation orders · Conduct weekly project review meetings · Track KPIs – schedule adherence, quality, utilization, rework · Maintain project dashboards and status reports · Coordinate with QA team for quality checks · Ensure compliance with client standards and SOPs Rebar Detailing Responsibilities · Review structural drawings and IFC packages · Oversee preparation of rebar placing drawings and BBS · Review bar bending schedules and steel quantities · Check spacing, cover, lap length, and development length · Validate constructability and congestion issues · Review shop drawings and GA drawings · Resolve RFIs and technical queries · Ensure compliance with ACI / BS / project standards · Manage detailing workflows using RebarCAD · Review RebarCAD models and drawings · Check bar marks and bar schedules · Validate rebar layering and sequencing · Review automated BBS outputs · Standardize RebarCAD templates and libraries · Support team in RebarCAD technical issues Team Management · Lead and mentor detailing team · Assign tasks based on project priority · Monitor individual productivity · Conduct technical training sessions · Review team deliverables Client Coordination · Attend client coordination calls · Clarify project scope and deliverables · Submit drawings and track approvals · Handle client comments and revisions · Manage communication and escalations Required Skills · Rebar detailing expertise (RC structures) · Project planning and scheduling · Team handling and leadership · QA/QC in rebar detailing · Knowledge of ACI / BS standards
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
