Job Summary: As an Academic Counselor, you will be the primary point of contact for students and professionals looking to upskill in the BIM, Engineering, and Interior Design segments. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful enrollments through expert counseling and persistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly attend to inquiries generated via social media and website.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct detailed counseling sessions over the phone to explain course benefits, curriculum highlights, and placement opportunities.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
- Reporting: Update CRM/Lead trackers daily with accurate call status and student feedback.
- Coordination: Work closely with the technical trainers to schedule demo sessions for prospective students.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business background preferred).
- Skills: Strong sales closing skills, active listening, and phone etiquette.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English and [Local Language, e.g., Bengali].
- Experience: Previous experience in an Edutech or Training Institute environment is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹ 15000/- to 28000/-
- Performance Incentives: Monthly/Quarterly performance-based payouts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
