About the Role :
Balwom Textiles India is hiring an experienced, confident, and professional BPO Team Leader (TL) who can efficiently handle the calling team, maintain productivity, achieve targets, and ensure smooth team coordination. The candidate must have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage team performance professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete BPO team operations professionally
- Monitor daily calling performance and target achievement
- Guide, support, and motivate team members regularly
- Maintain team discipline, productivity, and work quality
- Handle customer escalations and support-related issues
- Prepare daily reports and performance updates
- Coordinate with management for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper follow-ups and team management
- Improve overall team performance and maintain a positive work environment
