Job Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
Provide basic information regarding courses, admissions, and campus facilities.
Coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
Assist with document handling, courier management, and administrative tasks.
Support various departments with routine coordination and communication.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or Customer Service.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred
Prior experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
