Business Development Executive (Telesales)
Olready is looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard Makeup Artists (MUAs) to our subscription platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential makeup artists via social media and directories.
- Make outbound calls, pitch subscription plans, and convert leads.
- Assist artists with onboarding and profile setup.
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets.
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
- Basic knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000/month + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
