Inside Sales Executive (JD26ISE)

CTC: 3 LPA

Work Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (WFO)

Preferred Domain: Banking

Skills: Customer Support, Market Knowledge, Ability to build rapport, Excellent English communication skills & pleasant personality. Taking appointments through phone, email, and other digital communication channels, rather than in-person meetings. Knowledge to use linked-in, canva and other social media services to generate leads.

Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Gender: Female / Male

Bond: Minimum 1-year service commitment after joining as a full-time employee on the company payroll.

Experience:

6 months – 3 years in Inside Sales

About the Position

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to assist us in expanding our customer base. You will be company’s face and will be committed to take appointment. Your Key objective will be to achieve targets through strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment scheduling via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Update and maintain customer information in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
Research target companies and decision-makers to generate quality leads.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are converted into business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business development goals. Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA graduates specializing in Sales & Marketing or any Graduate.
6 months–3 years of relevant Inside Sales / Business Development experience preferred.
Candidates with 0–6 months of internship or work experience may also apply.
Candidates with experience in cold calling, lead generation, customer support, BPO, or call-center operations are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail, or other industries may apply.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and the ability to identify key decision-makers will be an advantage.
