Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience
in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate
should possess strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, AWS Cloud Services,
Microservices Architecture, and Database Technologies while being capable of
independently owning the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from
requirement analysis through production deployment and support.
The candidate should have experience working directly with clients and stakeholders,
performing impact analysis, providing technical solutions, and delivering high-quality,
secure, and scalable applications following industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
- Build responsive and reusable front-end components using Angular.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js,
and NestJS.
- Deliver complete features independently from requirement gathering through
deployment.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution
planning.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems and third-party services.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, and highly performant.
Client & Business Engagement
- Collaborate directly with clients, business users, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform effort estimation, technical feasibility studies, and impact analysis.
- Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and solution design
discussions.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout project execution.
Quality, Performance & Security
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following coding
standards and best practices.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards
and OWASP guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through effective debugging
and root cause analysis.
