- Conduct door-to-door visits in apartments, villas, and commercial buildings.
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction/interior projects.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interiors.
- Collect customer details and project requirements.
- Explain the company's interior solutions and invite prospects to the Experience Centre.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales/design team.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
