About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Documentation & Research Analyst to support digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for research, documentation, report preparation, compliance documentation, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation of National Action Plan (NAP) content, including background research, analysis, action matrices, timelines, and responsibility mapping.
Assist in the preparation and structuring of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
Develop and maintain regulatory and compliance documentation.
Prepare SOPs, checklists, templates, presentations, reports, and reference materials.
Conduct research, data analysis, and documentation for policy and digital transformation initiatives.
Support Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities through progress reports, meeting minutes, issue trackers, and coordination notes.
Ensure proper documentation and record management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, M.Tech (Infrastructure Planning), or a related discipline.
Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and documentation tools.
Experience in government advisory, consulting, regulatory, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in research, documentation, policy analysis, compliance documentation, or related fields.
Experience working on government projects, consulting assignments, or large-scale digital initiatives will be an added advantage.
