- Prepare authentic Goan cuisine including seafood, curries, and traditional specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Develop and update Goan menu items as per seasonal availability.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchase team for fresh ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Goan cooking techniques.
- Control food cost and minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Follow all standard recipes and presentation guidelines set by management.
