Job Description
Seiner. Engineer Service and Installation:-
- Effectively manages team members & clients (PAN INDIA), to ensure timely service support all over India.
- Responsible for handling customer complaints and providing technical support via phone/mail.
- Strong knowledge of security equipment like Bollards, Boom Barrier, Flap barrier, Turnstile, etc.
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships, ensuring repeat customers by upselling products & Spares, and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly & professionally.
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electric base control panel systems installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting work.
- Monthly and yearly preventive maintenance schedule planning for AMC/CAMC project.
- Coordinate with customers for site and utilities readiness to carry out installation and commissioning.
- Sets up and maintains Service Support, including managing team members and evaluating support efficiency.
- Maintain a positive attitude while leading a team efficiently and productively.
- Anticipate service associate needs using proper leadership techniques and proven problem-solving methods
- ·Develop a standard operating procedure, Hand over documents, and train the team on the same.
- Qualification and Experience:-
- ·B.E./Diploma Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation with 4-5 years experience in the relevant field.
- · Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Documentation, excellent mail drafting, and presentation skills.
- · Experience in handling a team of 10-12 service engineers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
