Job Description
Support skilled workers and production staff in the manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and packing of instrumentation products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist welders, fitters, fabricators, and machine operators during manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Assist with cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and other basic workshop activities under supervision.
- Arrange tools, materials, and components required for daily production work.
- Assist in cleaning, packing, labeling, and storing finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support skilled workers in completing production activities on time.
- Handle materials and tools carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform other general production and workshop support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic understanding of workshop tools and safety practices will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
