We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns. The role focuses on driving leads, sales, and ROI through data-backed marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad copy and design inputs
- Implement retargeting and funnel-based marketing strategies
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
