We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate with 2–4 years of experience in the IT services or product sector. This is a critical hybrid role requiring a blend of strategic marketing execution to generate leads and direct sales efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about technology. This role includes a highly attractive, performance-based bonus structure for closed deals.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development (Approx. 60%)
· Lead Management & Conversion: Qualify inbound marketing leads and develop them through the sales pipeline. Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and presentations.
· Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and cold-call new potential clients (B2B) in target industries to schedule introductory meetings and demos.
· Deal Closure: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting customized solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals for IT services/products.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication in the CRM system.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales quotas and targets.
Marketing & Lead Generation (Approx. 40%)
· Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) aimed at attracting qualified leads for IT services/products.
· Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure marketing collateral (case studies, white papers, presentations, website copy) is sales-enabled and addresses client pain points effectively.
· Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities, target segments, and product/service gaps.
· Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars (virtual and physical) to network and generate leads.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–5 years of proven, successful experience in a combined Marketing/Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive role, specifically within the IT Services or IT Product (SaaS/Software) industry.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current IT trends, technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS enterprise business applications – CRM & ERP), and the ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical business leaders.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) and marketing automation tools is a must.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
