We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store & Billing Executive to manage daily store operations, billing, inventory, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle store activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and generate invoices accurately.
- Manage cash, card, and UPI payment transactions.
- Maintain stock inward, outward, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Assist customers with product-related queries.
- Maintain daily billing and stock reports.
- Support overall showroom/store operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work in a friendly, supportive, and pressure-free environment where you can learn and grow.
Requirements:
- No Target.
- Qualification: Any Degree .
- Experience: 1–2 years in Home Appliances Retail / Showroom is preferred.
- Candidates with Home Appliances industry experience will be given preference.
- Must have hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Zoho Books.
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, inventory management, and stock handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Madurai, especially near Ellis Nagar and surrounding areas.
