Field Sales Executive – Fundraising & CSR Partnerships (Target-Based)

Role Overview
Siddhas Trust is seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground fundraising and CSR partnership development activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate funds through corporate CSR partnerships, sponsorships, grants, individual donations, HNIs, and philanthropic contributions.
The role involves extensive field visits, donor engagement, and relationship building to secure financial support and long-term partnerships for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, CSR departments, foundations, NGOs, and potential donor organizations.
- Generate fundraising opportunities through CSR partnerships, sponsorships, grants, and institutional collaborations.Approach and engage HNIs, philanthropists, and individual donors for financial contributions.
- Identify new funding sources through field networking and market research.
- Present Siddhas Trust’s mission, programs, and impact to potential donors and partners.
- Follow up on leads generated through field visits and internal referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate representatives, donors, and stakeholders.
- Support proposal sharing, documentation, and closure of fundraising partnerships.
- Achieve monthly fundraising targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in NGO fundraising, CSR outreach, donor relations, or resource mobilization is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in field environments and travel as required.
- Prior experience in corporate fundraising, HNI engagement, or sponsorship acquisition preferred.
Performance Expectations:
The primary KPIs for this role include:
- Total funds raised through CSR, corporate, and individual donors.
- Number of meetings conducted with potential donor organizations.
- Number of successful funding conversions and partnerships closed.
- Outreach to HNIs, philanthropists, and institutions. Achievement of monthly fundraising targets.
Compensation:
₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month (Target Based) + Performance Incentives.
Important Note:
This is a field-based target-driven role. Salary is linked to target achievement and may be impacted if monthly targets are not met. Performance incentives will be provided based on fundraising results.
