Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Unified Collaboration Product Manager with 15+ years in product management, telecom, or enterprise collaboration domains. The role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of unified collaboration solutions encompassing UCaaS, cloud telephony and video conferencing.
The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise, strong business insights, and technical understanding to drive innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for unified collaboration solutions.
- Align product strategy with business goals, market trends, and customer needs .
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud communications) and integrate into offerings.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
- Build deep understanding of enterprise collaboration needs across industries.
- Translate insights into high-impact product features and differentiation .
Product Development & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics (KPIs).
Unified Collaboration Ecosystem
- Oversee products covering:
- Enterprise & cloud voice telephony (VoIP, SIP, PBX)
- Video conferencing & meetings platforms
- Messaging and team collaboration tools
- Ecosystem(tools/EMS/NMS/Automation tools/API Integrations) supporting Services
- Integration with enterprise tools (CRM, ITSM, APIs)
- Ensure interoperability across platforms and vendors.
- Law of the land & its regulations
Go-to-Market & Business Growth
- Define pricing, service offering and positioning strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and channel teams for successful launches.
- Drive revenue growth, adoption, and customer retention.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, partners, and vendors.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across technology, delivery and operations .
- Present roadmap, progress, and performance metrics to executives.
Performance & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and monitor product performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize features, UX, and monetization.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Telecom, UCaaS, or Enterprise Collaboration .
- Proven track record of launching and scaling unified communication or SaaS products .
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Teams Cloud Telephony (Teams DR/ Team OC/PBX Solutioning options)
- Collaboration ecosystems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience working with Global Service Integrators & Global Managed Service Providers.

- Experience in AI-driven collaboration (chatbots, transcription, analytics) .
- Knowledge of market offering vs positioning for MS Cloud Telephony options.
- Exposure to security, compliance, and enterprise-grade architecture .
MBA or advanced degree in Business/Technology preferred.
