Job Description:

Generate and qualify B2B leads for facility management services (housekeeping, technical services, etc.)

Reach out to corporate clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn for business opportunities

Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/business development team

Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations for proposal creation

Follow up on proposals and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Maintain MIS on calls, meetings, proposals, and closures

Support work tracking and overall business development activities
