Role Summary:
BearTech is hiring an IT Installation Executive responsible for deploying and supporting security and tracking systems such as CCTV cameras, biometric devices, and GPS trackers. This role requires a mix of on-site installation, troubleshooting, and client interaction.
Key Duties:
- Install, configure, and test CCTV surveillance systems, biometric attendance machines, and GPS tracking devices
- Handle service requests and provide technical assistance both remotely and at client locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records in CRM/software
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Ensure proper working condition of all installed systems
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate
- Basic understanding of networking, CCTV, or IT hardware
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to travel locally for field assignments
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Experience:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in IT support / field installation
Training & Career Path:
- 30 days of training with a stipend of ₹8,000
- 3-month probation period
