Job Description:
Astra Metals System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our New Product Development (NPD) team at Verna Plant. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying technical drawings for new product designs and supporting the development process from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings for new product development
- Create and modify drawings as per design and client requirements
- Support prototype development and design improvements
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control
- Ensure drawings are accurate and ready for manufacturing
Qualification & Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Freshers can apply (knowledge of drafting software required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks
- Knowledge of sheet metal design preferred
- Good analytical and coordination skills
