Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Provide software training to new and existing customers.
- Assist clients in understanding and using software features effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Qualifications
- Any Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Diploma holders in Computer Applications, Hardware, Networking, or related courses can also apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
