1. Role Overview
The Operations Executive will manage all technical support, site issue handling, installation guidance, complaint resolution, and aftersales coordination for modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and related products. The role ensures smooth communication between studios, customers, and the factory.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Site Issue Handling & Technical Support
- Coordinate with studios once material reaches site.
- Support installation teams with technical guidance.
- Identify issues like missing parts, damages, fitting problems, or production deviations.
- Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.
B. Complaint Management (ICU & Aftersales)
- Handle customer/studio complaints related to installation or product concerns.
- Raise service requests, arrange replacements, and close all issues effectively.
- Communicate professionally with studios and customers to understand and resolve problems.
C. RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Analyse recurring site and installation issues.
D. Replacement & Early Dispatch Coordination
E. Aftersales (12-Year Warranty Support)
- Manage warranty-related service requests.
- Coordinate technician visits, replacement parts, and issue closure.
F. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain complaint records and closure reports.
- Prepare short weekly/monthly technical updates for management.
