Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for the sales and marketing of mushrooms and other food/FMCG products. The candidate should have excellent communication and professional skills with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell mushrooms and other food products to retailers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and direct customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information professionally.
- Conduct market surveys and identify potential customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Professional attitude and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer handling.
- Ability to travel for field work.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, or agricultural product sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
