Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage customer relationships by understanding their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Location- Mumbai (Kurla)
Office Time - 9.30am to 6.30pm
