Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Source and contact prospective corporate customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and business leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product discussions with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions and business growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business correspondence.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Track lead generation activities and maintain CRM/customer databases.
- Support Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace operations as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports and MIS.
Required Skills
- Strong lead generation and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong presentation and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and follow-up activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, FMCG Sales Support, or E-commerce Operations.
- Candidates from FMCG, Beverage, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries will be preferred.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong calling and customer acquisition experience.
- Experience working with corporate customers and key accounts.
- FMCG industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates who can join within 15 days will be given priority.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
