Job Title: Field Officer – Security
The Security Field Officer is responsible for supervising and monitoring security operations across assigned sites, ensuring security personnel perform their duties effectively, maintaining compliance with company policies, and responding to security incidents. The role involves frequent travel between locations, conducting inspections, and serving as the primary link between security guards, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of assigned security posts and facilities.
- Supervise and support security guards and site supervisors.
- Ensure security personnel comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and assist during crisis situations.
- Liaise with clients to address security concerns and maintain service quality.
- Verify that security equipment, access control systems, and surveillance devices are functioning properly.
- Conduct on-the-job training and briefings for security personnel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist with deployment, scheduling, and manpower allocation for security assignments.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, visitor logs, and site records.
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
- Knowledge of security procedures, risk assessment, and incident management.
- Valid driver's license (often preferred due to travel requirements).
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and record-keeping.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
