HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations Role
An HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment activities and handling day-to-day HR operations within the organization. The role ensures smooth hiring processes, employee coordination, and effective HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
- Posting job vacancies on portals and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
- Conducting initial HR interviews.
- Managing joining formalities and employee onboarding.
HR Operations Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Managing attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Coordinating with departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Supporting payroll and compliance activities.
- Handling employee queries and maintaining workplace discipline.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, HR Software).
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
