Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, promoting Birla Opus Paint products, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales through telephonic and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote Birla Opus Paint products.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint solutions.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when required.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and the sales team for order processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on Birla Opus Paint products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Eligibility
- Minumum 12 th Pass .
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
