We Looking for 5+ years experience; same industry preferred.
Key Job Description:
i) Inspection and acceptance of incoming RM.
ii) Monitor the actual RM consumption VS approved furnish & If any
variation occurs will inform to Production.
iii) Monitoring the In-process parameter as per specification.
iv) Final product inspection for internal standard confirmation and release
purpose.
v) Checking of daily-report on daily basis and communicate about the
deviations to the concerned departments’ heads.
vi) Checking on daily basis - the quality of products, rejections in products
at de-stacker / stamping and at dispatches.
vii) Make timely entries in the system
viii) Pollution Control: as per the schedule, monitoring the proper functioning of the Dust collector, Mano-meter, Air emission from the plant, complete the recycle of the waste and then communicating about the deviations to the concerned depts for corrective measures.
ix) Ensure compliances including display of all Sign-boards, submission of reports & returns, relating to the PCB, BIS, ISO
x) Preparation for audit such as ISO, and taking the corrective action to close the NCs.
xi) The competitor sheets to be tested at least once in a quarter.
xii) In addition, carry out the additional responsibility as and when given by the Plant Head and the Quality Head.
1. Key Deliverable: Inspection of incoming RM as per SOP.
Scope: Peru Plant-QC
Corresponding actions:
1) Need to follow the SOP of RM testing & in case of any need of
modification SOPs need to inform with Quality Head.
2) Monitor the use of equipment in QC to ensure it is well-maintained and also
take decision to discard from the dept. If any of those gives faulty result and
doesn’t meet requirements and also is not repairable.
3) Need to ensure approve or reject raw materials based on its quality standards.
Key Competencies required:
1) Sound Knowledge of Testing & Specification.
2) Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate by using proper technical terminology to other depts.
2. Key Deliverable: Monitor the furnish vs RM consumption.
Scope: Peru. Plant-QC & Process (RM feeding)
Corresponding action:
1) Obtain approved Furnish (recipe) Copy from the Central QC Head.
2) Ensure, QC Assistant has checked and confirmed that HMI and Display
Figure are matching with each other and incase of any mismatching,
communicate the Prod. Dept for correction.
3) Based upon the RM data we will book the production and incase of RM data not captured we will book as per production log book.
4) Assist the Prod. Dept in calibrating RM preparation system and also cross
checking the calibration.
Key Competencies required:
1) Thorough knowledge of PLC & HMI.
2) Ability to get RM mixture, calibration work done by the skilled electrician
and concerned department under my / second line subordinate’s supervision.
3. Key Deliverable: Inspection of RM and In-process parameter (Whether
being maintained as per the specifications)
Scope: Peru Plant-QC & Process
Corresponding actions:
1) Follow the SOP of RM testing and process parameters.
2) Ensure calibration of all instruments are done as per the schedule.
3) Ensure the records of testing and in-process inspection, are maintained.
4) Follow up with the Prod. Dept to take Corrective action against any deviation in quality parameters.
Key Competencies required:
1) Sound Knowledge of Testing and Process Parameter.
2) Good written and verbal communication skills.
3) Ability of Data Analysis.
4. Key Deliverable: Final product inspection as per SOP for finished good confirmation and release.
Scope: Peru. Plant-QC and FGC
Corresponding actions:
1) Follow the SOP of Final Product inspection.
2) Arrange proper sampling for testing.
3) Ensure, the gauges are calibrated internally and externally as per the schedule.
4) Ensure, the records of testing results are maintained.
Key Competencies required:
1) Ability of test and why-why analysis of the result.
2) Ability to take corrective action in-case of deviation.
