About the Company:
JK Electric Contractor LLP is a leading EPC company specializing in Power Transmission, Substations, Distribution Projects, Solar, and Infrastructure works. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Record and maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Entries.
Prepare and reconcile Bank Statements, Cash Book, and Ledger Accounts.
Handle GST Compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and GST reconciliation.
Deduct and file TDS, prepare TDS returns, and maintain statutory compliance.
Process monthly Payroll and salary calculations.
Prepare employee salary sheets and maintain payroll records.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and tax invoices.
Prepare and verify Purchase Bills, Sales Invoices, Vendor Bills, and Expense Bills.
Maintain records of all company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and government authorities whenever required.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
1- 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Accounting Principles, Payroll, and Taxation.
Experience in E-Way Bill generation and Invoice Management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
