Video Editor & Motion Designer (AI Content Specialist)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor & Motion Designer with hands-on experience in AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality short-form videos, motion graphics, and engaging social media content for digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Create engaging videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and colour grading.
- Re-purpose long-form content into high-performing short-form content.
- Design motion graphics, animated text, thumbnails, posters, banners, and other marketing creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.
- Use AI tools for video enhancement, AI-generated visuals, avatars, background replacement, voice generation, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Export platform-optimised videos while maintaining high quality.
Required Skills
- Strong experience editing Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, storytelling, and design principles.
- Experience using AI tools in video production workflows.
- Ability to independently handle video shoots, lighting, and audio setup.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
