JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We, at . . . Ellipsis Group, Comprising Keiyan MEP, Frontier Furniture & Touchwood Interiors, are seeking a dynamic and experienced analytical Billing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing the financial operations of our interior design and construction projects, with a primary focus on accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills and a deep understanding of billing procedures specific to the construction or interior design industry. Success in this role requires close collaboration with project managers, procurement teams, and site personnel to ensure seamless financial documentation and project accountability.
Key Responsibilities
· Billing & Invoicing:
o Prepare, verify, and process client RA (Running Account) bills based on joint measurements, work progress, BOQs, and contract terms.
o Accurately process vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring alignment with POs, WOs, and material receipts.
o Generate and issue timely client invoices with complete supporting documentation.
o Maintain organized records of all billing-related documents, including measurement sheets, POs, WOs, and client approvals.
· Cost Tracking & Analysis:
o Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and contractual obligations.
o Reconcile material consumption vs. billed quantities regularly to identify variances.
o Prepare and circulate MIS reports on billing status, receivables, project costs, and cash flows.
· Coordination & Communication:
o Collaborate with site engineers and project managers for accurate measurement verification and billing inputs.
o Coordinate with procurement to align purchase and vendor billing data.
o Act as the point of contact for client billing queries, clarifications, and dispute resolution.
o Work with the accounts team to manage payment cycles and monitor receivables and vendor payments.
· Compliance & Reporting:
o Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and contractual terms in all billing operations.
o Handle all tax-related aspects of billing, including GST, TDS, etc.
o Prepare comprehensive documentation for internal and external audits.
o Ensure complete contractual compliance with both client and vendor agreements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
