About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Packaging Designer with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, packaging, print design and social media creatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand printing and production requirements, be able to work on packaging and dielines, and coordinate with clients and printers to take projects from concept to final production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic & Creative Design
Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for clients and internal requirements.
Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, social media creatives, marketing materials and other brand collaterals.
Maintain strong visual consistency and brand guidelines across all designs.
Create designs that are creative, practical and production-ready.
2. Packaging Design
Design packaging concepts and artwork for different products.
Create and work on packaging dielines as per product dimensions.
Prepare artwork according to printing and packaging specifications.
Understand different packaging materials, finishes and production limitations.
Check artwork carefully before sending it for production.
3. Print & Production
Good understanding of printing technology and pre-press requirements.
Experience working on brochures, packaging materials, stickers, labels, POSM and other printed materials.
Understand CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution, colour profiles and print-ready artwork.
Coordinate with printers for proofs, corrections, colour matching and final production.
Ensure the final output matches the approved design.
4. Client Coordination
Coordinate directly with clients for design requirements, feedback and revisions.
Understand client requirements quickly and convert them into effective visual solutions.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Coordinate projects from design → approval → artwork → printing → final delivery.
5. Social Media & Digital
Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Adapt designs into different social media sizes and formats.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva and basic AI knowledge.
Good understanding of packaging design and dielines.
Practical knowledge of printing and production processes.
Experience with print-related projects such as brochures, packaging, stickers, labels and marketing collaterals.
Strong typography, layout, colour and composition skills.
Ability to create top-notch, premium-quality designs, not just execute templates.
Ability to understand requirements quickly and work independently.
Strong attention to detail, especially for production artwork.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn new design styles, tools and production techniques.
Added Advantage
Experience with packaging production and vendor coordination.
Basic video editing / motion graphics knowledge.
Experience working with corporate or FMCG brands.
Knowledge of different printing processes and finishing techniques.
Experience handling projects from concept to final printed product.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is more than just a graphic operator. The designer should be able to understand the objective, develop a strong creative direction, execute the design professionally and ensure that the final artwork is technically correct for production.
