FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE/HOSTESS
Job Summary:
A Front Office Executive in a textile company is responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer and visitor interactions, coordinating communication between departments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, suppliers, and business associates professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and company services.
- Support sales, merchandising, production, and administration departments with communication and documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
- 0-1 year of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles (preferably in textiles, manufacturing, or retail).
- Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
