Faculty – Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Job Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Faculty to deliver industry-oriented training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The faculty will be responsible for teaching, practical training, student mentoring, assessments, and academic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular classes on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
2. Cover topics including:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Operations
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Transportation Management
- Procurement & Materials Management
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Customs & Logistics Documentation
- International Trade & Logistics
3. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, assignments, and assessments.
4. Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and industry-oriented activities.
5. Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
6. Provide career guidance and mentoring to students.
7. Use practical industry examples to improve student understanding.
8. Assist in examinations, evaluations, course planning, and other academic activities.
9. Coordinate with the academic team for smooth delivery of the course.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, transportation, procurement, or supply chain operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Practical and industry-oriented teaching approach.
- Ability to prepare structured training materials.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
