Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Civil Engineer to join our factory team in Agartala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring construction and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and maintenance work within the factory premises.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Verify measurements, material usage, and work execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support project planning, execution, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction
- Ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
