Guest Service Associate (Restaurant) Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Serve food and beverages as per service standards. - Build positive relationships with guests and address their requests promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. - Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service. - Process bills and payments accurately. - Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards. - Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Requirements - 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment (freshers with a positive attitude are welcome). - Good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts. - Well-groomed, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
