Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations and food production. Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene. Plan menus, introduce new dishes, and standardize recipes. Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, training, and performance. Control food costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations. Coordinate food preparation for restaurants, banquets, and special events. Maintain kitchen equipment and operational efficiency.
