- Office Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Administrative Support: Manage executive schedules, coordinate appointments, book travel arrangements, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Reception & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Data & Record Management: Update and maintain physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and client databases securely.
Qualification and skills
Candidate must be graduate and excellent communication skill in English & Hindi
Two wheeler is mandatory
Immediate joinees are preferred
Freshers are also welcome
Age limit - 21 to 32
Work location - Kunnapuzha, Aramada P O, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
