Responsibilities:-
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients regarding their event requirements
2.Understand client needs and objectives for each event and provide appropriate solutions
3.Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals and timelines
4.Ensure timely delivery of services and manage event budgets Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events
5.Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
6.Track and report event performance metrics, providing insights for future improvements
7.Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Qualifications:-
1.Previous experience in event management or client servicing
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
4.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
