Education
▸ Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably B. Com, BBA, B.Sc., B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent.
▸ Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Safety is an added advantage.
Experience
▸ 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B sales — preferably in PPE, industrial
products, safety equipment, or related manufacturing sectors.
▸ Prior experience selling to industries such as oil & gas, steel, power, chemicals, pharma, or government / defense is a strong advantage.

- IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: 2–4 years of B2B inside sales & export sales experience, preferably in industrial products, safety equipment, or manufacturing Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi Confident in handling RFQs, product pitches, and client follow-ups Familiarity with trade portals such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, or TradeIndia Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
